On-Site Support
If a service issue cannot be resolved over the phone and on-site assistance is requested, PPSI will make available an engineer on-site rapidly, often within 24 hours. During the warranty period on-site service will be provided at no cost. After the warranty period, on-site support will be available at normal rates.
